1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers Only)

If you are a UK-based consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right only applies to items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our Return & Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. These form an integral part of your purchase contract and are binding under UK consumer law.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please notify us in writing via email at contact@vauscher-shop.com, including a clear request and the supporting documentation outlined below. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.

3. Pre-Approval Required

Returns are only accepted after written approval from our customer service team. Unauthorised returns will not be processed or refunded.

To request approval, you must send us within 3 business days:

  • A handwritten and signed declaration (scanned) using our template.
  • A clearly dated photograph of the product in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The following information: Full Name, Email Address used for the order, Order Number, Tracking Number (if available), Date of Purchase, Quantity, Product Names, and Reason for Return.

Returns to any other address will be rejected and not refunded.

5. Refund Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Returns must be pre-approved.
  • All returns are inspected upon receipt. Refunds are granted only if the product matches the submitted evidence.
  • Return shipping costs (and any customs duties) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving confirmed-compliant returns, via the original payment method. Standard delivery costs are also refunded; any express or international charges are excluded.
  • Returns must be shipped with tracking. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel will not be considered a valid return. Any costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

6. Mandatory Declaration (Under Penalty of Perjury)

7. Abuse & Fraud Clause

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • False, misleading or incomplete declarations
  • Returned items that have been used, damaged, or are incomplete
  • Non-compliance with our return process
  • Repeated or abusive return claims

Such instances will be logged, and may lead to restriction or exclusion of future purchases. Misrepresentations may result in legal action.

In some cases, we may request a short video proof of the issue to validate the claim. This is optional but may speed up resolution and dissuade abuse.

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have the right to a full refund, repair, or replacement for faulty or misdescribed products within:

  • 30 days of delivery (right to reject).
  • Up to 6 months for repair or replacement, after which a refund may be issued if faults are proven to be original.

We fully comply and will handle such cases accordingly—just contact us and provide details.

9. Optional 50% Discount Alternative

Instead of returning, you may accept a 50% discount code (VAUSCHER50) for a future order. This voluntary offer does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Legal Jurisdiction & ADR

This policy is governed by UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 & Consumer Rights Act 2015).
