1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website https://www.vauscher-shop.com, operated by VAUSCHER. By placing an order, you agree to these terms as a consumer residing in the United Kingdom and confirm that you have read and accepted our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

3. Contract Formation

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail or a similar tracked service. Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details. If a parcel is refused or uncollected and returned to us, the associated costs will be deducted from any applicable refund. 6. Right to Cancel

7. Return Conditions and Responsibilities

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, unopened, and undamaged, and must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • The customer must submit a handwritten and signed declaration confirming these conditions, scanned and sent by email. This declaration is made under penalty of perjury under UK law.
  • A clearly dated photo of the unopened product in its original packaging must also be submitted.
  • Returns must be pre-approved in writing by our customer service team before any item is sent back.
  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds are issued only if the product condition matches the declaration and supporting photo evidence.
  • All returns must be sent to our designated returns centre in Germany. The exact address is provided after approval.
  • All return shipping costs, international postage, and any customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns sent without prior approval, without proper documentation, or to an incorrect address will not be processed or refunded.
  • All return shipments must include tracking information. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

8. Optional Alternative to Return

As a commercial alternative, customers may choose to receive a 50% discount code on a future purchase instead of returning the item. To use this option, request the code VAUSCHER50 by contacting our support team. This does not affect your statutory rights and is offered at our discretion.

9. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of VAUSCHER until full payment has been received.

10. Warranty

We comply with all statutory warranty obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers may be required to submit video or photographic evidence of the fault. If the product is confirmed defective, we will offer a replacement or refund according to the policy in force.

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to UK consumer protection rights. UK consumers retain all rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where permitted, the competent jurisdiction is Albuquerque, USA.
